i am a pediatric emergency physician who lives in ohio with my family. after growing up in canada and moving to the united states for college, my fervor for travel intensified with a semester studying abroad in egypt. later in college i spent another semester volunteering at a hospital in kenya. i then moved to israel/palestine for four years where i attended the medical school for international health. since being back in the united states i’ve continued traveling as much as possible, now almost exclusively using points and miles.
i’ve compiled these posts mostly so i don’t forget the places i’ve visited. but if something here inspires someone to visit a faraway place they otherwise might not have considered, that would be great!
